showcased their culinary arts and expertise in preparing a delicious
Laksa dish whilst sharing its rich history and evolution.

regional variations such as Curry Laksa, Assam Laksa, Sarawak Laksa,
Nyonya Laksa, and Johor Laksa. Professor Dr. Shahrim Karim, a renowned
food expert, highlighted the vibrant and aromatic flavors that define
Laksa and emphasized the importance of achieving the perfect Laksa
flavor through careful ingredient selection and cooking techniques.
